Cabling and Peripheral Equipment
Installation: We install Cat 5e/6/6a cable for your phone and data needs, as well as coaxial (TV) cable. We also sell and install:
- Cabling racks
- Cable management
- Paging horns
- Overhead speakers
- Wi-Fi routers
- POE switches
- Wi-Fi extenders
Troubleshooting and Repairs: We troubleshoot and repair cabling and other communication equipment.
Cable Identification: If you are moving to a new location and do not know if the cabling is working, we can identify and test the cable and label it for you.
On-Premise Phone Systems
We service Avaya, ESI, Nortel/Norstar, and Toshiba phone systems and voicemails.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: We can troubleshoot and repair phones and phone systems, voicemails, cabling, speakers, and paging horns.
Add/Moves/Changes: We can make programming changes to your on-premises phone system or voicemail when you need to add or remove users, move users to other locations, or need changes, such as directory changes and button-function changes.
Relocations: We can move your phone system to a new office site and help you with getting it activated at the new site.
Phone vendor service activation: We can assist with new service activation to a new phone line vendor (Comcast, Ziply, CenturyLink, etc.)
